  • Yes. The packages provide a clear starting point, but every business is a little different.

    During the inquiry and proposal process, we will discuss your goals, priorities, and the pieces you actually need. I can recommend additions, remove unnecessary items, or divide a larger project into phases when appropriate.

    Customizations may affect the project timeline and investment.

  • A thoughtful brand requires more than choosing a few attractive fonts and colors.

    The timeline allows space for research, strategy, creative exploration, design development, feedback, refinement, file preparation, and the creation of your final brand guide.

    It also gives both of us room to make intentional decisions instead of rushing toward the first idea that looks good. The goal is not simply to finish quickly. The goal is to create a brand you can continue using and growing into.

  • No. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your project and begin the work.

    The remaining investment can usually be divided into scheduled payments throughout the project. Your specific payment schedule will be outlined clearly in your proposal and contract.

    All final payments must be completed before final brand files or website ownership are transferred.

  • At this time, my complete website builds are created on Squarespace.

    I work with Squarespace because it allows me to create polished, strategic websites while giving my clients a platform they can realistically update and maintain after launch.

    If you already have a website on another platform, we can discuss whether moving to Squarespace makes sense for your business or whether a smaller design consultation would be a better fit.

  • Professional photography is not required for every project, but strong imagery can completely transform the way your brand and website feel.

    Depending on your package, I can help you plan the visual direction for a photoshoot, develop a shot list, choose props and wardrobe, and communicate the overall creative vision to your photographer.

  • Website packages include basic copy direction, page planning, prompts, and guidance to help you organize your message.

    Full-service copywriting is not automatically included. If you need more extensive writing support, we can discuss adding copy development to your proposal or bringing in a dedicated copywriter.

  • After you submit the inquiry form, I will review your project and reach out with the next steps.

    If the project seems like a good fit, we will schedule a consultation to talk through your business, goals, timeline, and what kind of support would be most useful. From there, I will prepare a custom proposal outlining the recommended scope, investment, and process.
